Lou was born and brought up in London, England, before moving to Australia a little over decade ago.

Alice + Albert came about after a realisation that all Lou had learnt through her own experiences combined with her British upbringing, passion for helping people and love of list making and action taking, could all be put into creating something that others could benefit from. 

“With all that I have learnt over the years, I hope to use my skills and experiences to help others find balance.  Time is such a precious yet fleeting commodity in life and I want to help others make the the most out of theirs.”
